As Managing Director & Community Manager for Dreamworx, Megan is responsible for handling all coworking and event space inquires & operations to ensure the highest level of member satisfaction within Warwick Valley's premier coworking space. 

 

Megan brings over 15 years experience in sales & client service focused roles. Megan holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia and currently resides in Warwick, NY with her husband and daughter.  She enjoys hiking, paddleboarding, vinyl collecting and weekend retreats to the Catskill Mountains.  

John is an entrepreneur who owns & operates a boutique marketing consultancy called WLxJS.  John has formally worked at/for some of the world's largest agencies & media companies. John has built a career as a thoughtful data driven marketer.   

 

Upon moving WLxJS to the Warwick Valley, John had a vision to better support entrepreneurs like himself in creating the life & work life they wanted to create. It is at this point that John worked the previous owners of Dreamworx, to invest in the idea and bring the Warwick Valleys premier co-working facility back. John is responsible for the PR and marketing at Dreamworx, ensuring we are always investing in the business community of the Warwick Valley.

A creative soul with an entrepreneurial spirit, Alison is best known as the owner and creative director of Ali Barone Events, a successful New York metropolitan area event planning firm and former cast member of the TLC Network’s hit home improvement series While You Were Out.

 

Ali has always been passionate about creating beautiful spaces, helping others and living life to the fullest. Her enthusiasm for small businesses, positive experience with coworking and search for an affordable, well appointed work space is what lead her to conceive the Warwick Valley’s premier coworking space. Her vision is for it to become a hub of positive collaboration and a dynamic small business incubator for the community.

 

Alison Barone was born in Brooklyn, raised in Orange County and currently resides in Greenwood Lake, New York. She holds a Bachelors of Fine Arts from SUNY New Paltz and a Master Of Science in Education from Wagner College. When Ali isn’t planning soirees or building her business you will often find her traveling, paddle boarding, bird watching, and enjoying her wonderful 4 legged companion, Boty.
 

Native of Missouri, Tom Mattingly relocated to the Northeast in 1989 and moved to Warwick in 2003. A former frontline and executive manager at Fortune Magazine-ranked companies,

 

Tom is also known by his pen name, Matthew S. Field, or his by books including Father Like A Tree and The Single Father’s Guide to Life, Cooking, and Baseball.

A BA in Economics from the University of Missouri and an MBA from Gannon University, Tom has two daughters and a son and lives in the Village of Warwick.
